A: Users with mailbox accounts stored with an ISP (Internet Service Provider) can use the inbuilt email function within SIMS. Do to this enter the SMTP server information that can be found in your email client setup (i.e. Outlook)

For users with web mail accounts only we include the PDF Creator application that, when installed, allows you to print your invoice to a PDF file and automatically attach it to an email. The PDF Creator application is included on the CD and also available for free download at this location
