A: Go to the Invoice Summary List under Invoice Management, select any invoice from the list. From the Toolbar click the Email Invoice button, in the Invoice To window you will notice a place to enter your email address / information. Enter your email address into the Your Email edit box. Now select the Cancel button. Even if you choose not to send the invoice your email address will be remembered. To view this, go to Invoice Preview and you will notice that your email address is now included.
