Q: How do I fax my invoices?

A: To do this, you need to ensure you a have a device attached to your computer that is capable of faxing documents, e.g. a modem or multi-functional computer. You will need to ensure that the appropriate software is installed on your computer for your fax / modem machine. (You can usually find information on how to do this on the relevant manufacturers website for your printer / modem). Select the invoice you want to print, select print and chose the correct fax device from the list in the window box, click ok and your document should be sent.
